Background Stamped Card
This was a fun card to make. I wanted to do something creatively different than just stamping a design as a background. The idea came to me to paint a picture with stamps. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, however I am happy with the results. It made me feel very artsy.
For this card I used the following CTMH supplies:
Cardstock - Black and Colonial White
Ink pads - Olive, Desert Sand, Garden Green, Chocolate, Ocean, Topiary, Goldrush, Tulip, Sunny Yellow, Spring Iris, Orange
Stamps - Be Yourself D1349, Childhood Portrait D1373, Many Thanks D1371, Flower Pot D1409 Celebrate D1400
Bitty Sparkles bling for the birds eyes
($ store bling for the flower centers)
The background was completely stamped, then I used my water brush and ink pads to colour in the flowers and pathway. I stamped the girl running and the acorn on the card and then again to cut out and pop up.
See what you do to paint a picture with stamps.

And you should feel artsy! This is beautiful and a great way to use our stamps...and it almost makes me want to go outside for a run, but I'll wait till it gets cooler!
