Friendship Card

For this card I used all Close To My Heart materials except for the shaving cream:
Colonial White Cardstock for card base,
Cranberry, Tulip Re-inkers,
Black inkpad,
White cardstock for designs
Shaving cream

For the background, I put about 1 - 1 1/2" shaving cream in a large deepdish pie plate. Dropped the Cranberry and Tulip Re-inkers on shaving cream and swirled them through with a flat knife, like a marble cake! Then I layed the white cardstock piece on top of the shaving cream and pushed down gently, twisted slightly to make a design. I did several pieces and they all come out different and unique. This is messy and you have to lay out your masterpieces to dry before using. Make sure you put lots of paper down so as not to stain your surface with the re-inkers.

When dry, I cut the paper to the size desired, stamped the Childhood Portrait stamps with the black inkpad, adhered to the card base, which I smudge inked the edges of with the black inkpad and sponge and here you have it.

Oh yes, the heart is stamped, then second and third generation stamped.
